All Tickets will be issued via our Ticketing agency, Megatix. You will be required to present your Ticket(s) to redeem your FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map on your selected Date between 3pm - 8pm.
You can also buy FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Maps at both locations:

You can change the date of your Ticket for FREE within 24 hours of your attendance, ie up until 3pm on the day before your selected Date. Changes can ONLY be made via your Megatix account, under ‘orders’ or by emailing support@megatix.com.au.
If you redeem your Ticket on a date different to that on your Ticket, the price of $6 applies, and you will need to pay the difference claim your FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map. Booking and processing Fees are not refundable and cannot be credited to your on the day purchase.
There are no refunds if you miss your session.
Adults & Under 3’s
All patrons require a FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map or Tokens to access the rides.
Adults require a Token to ride with their child. Additional ride Tokens are available at both locations.
Most rides are not suitable for children under 3, however additional ride Tokens can be purchased if the child meets the requirements for a certain ride.
FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map
Each Ticket can be redeemed for one FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map.
Each FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map includes six rides:
Walyalup Koort / FOMO
Dream Swinger ride x 1
Runaway Train ride x 1
Cup and Saucer ride x1
Victoria Quay
Dodgem Drift II ride x1
The Storm ride x1
Fiesta Balloon ride x1
Simply show your FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map to the ride operator and they will stamp your map so you can access the ride. Rides cannot be exchanged for other Rides or Attractions.
Additional Rides & Other Attractions
Additional cost items include:
Rides: if you want to use the rides once you have finished your adventure map, additional ride Tokens are available at both locations. You cannot pay for Rides at the Ride.
Sideshow Games: A selection of Sideshow Games will be available at each location and accept payment directly by Cash or Card.
Food and Beverages: You can purchase food from local vendors.
Refunds
FUNMANTLE does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are at the sole discretion of management.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
A change in your personal circumstances does not entitle you to a return or exchange of your tickets.
If a session is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), refunds must be lodged within 14 days of the event ending.
If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Presenter, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including booking fees). Credit card processing fees cannot be refunded.
Neither Megatix nor FUNMANTLE will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including but not limited to, any travel and accommodation expenses incurred by you.
In the event that the date, time or venue of a session is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, time and venue.
If FUNMANTLE authorises Megatix to issue you with a refund, Megatix will refund to you the ticket price + Booking Fee. Credit card processing fees cannot be refunded.
Any booking, delivery and/or postage fees and any credit card processing surcharge charged by Megatix is separate to a refund price and is not subject to a refund.
When a refund is issued, the sum refunded will not necessarily include booking, delivery and/or postage fees and any processing surcharge charged by Megatix to process the refund and pay the refund to You.
Megatix will not offer a refund or exchange as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
Once a refund is processed and sent to your card issuing bank, it can take another 7-10 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account.

How much does FUNMANTLE cost?
FUNMANTLE is located in public spaces and is free to explore, however you will need to purchase a FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map or Tokens. Cash and EFTPOS are available at all attractions and vendors.

What does +BF mean?
You will notice online prices have +BF which indicates a small Booking Fee that is charged by the ticketing agency at checkout.
‘+BF’ does NOT mean ‘plus BEST FRIEND’.
The Booking Fee depends on your order total and payment method and covers the cost of the ticketing agency to provide your tickets.
What can I use my FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map or Tokens on?

Are there any age limits or height restrictions?
All Carnival Rides at FUNMANTLE have height requirements and age restrictions:
Dream Swinger: Minimum Height: 95cm (without an Adult)
Dodgem Drift 2: Minimum Height: 110cm (with Adult) or 130cm (without an Adult)
Fiesta Balloon: Minimum Height: 90cm (without an Adult)
Storm: Minimum Height: 110cm (without an Adult)
Runaway Train: Minimum Height: 110cm (without an Adult)
Cup and Saucer: Fiesta Balloon: Minimum Height: 90cm (without an Adult)
Can I use Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available online or in person for this event.
Can I ride with my child?
Adults need Tokens or a FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map to ride with their child.
Do you take concession cards or pension cards?
Concession and pension cards are not accepted. No discounts are applicable when presenting these cards at the in person or online.
Can I purchase FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Maps or Tokens on the day?
Yes, however we highly recommend pre-purchasing online.
On the day prices are at a higher rate than the online prices.
Are pets allowed at the event?
FUNMANTLE is located in public spaces in the City of Fremantle and Victoria Quay:
Your dog needs to be on its leash on streets and all other parks.
Please make sure your dog wears a collar with a registration tag attached.
Please make sure you clean up after your dog.
What if I am unable to print my ticket?
No worries! We are environmentally conscious and prefer to scan tickets off mobile phones. Please have either your printed tickets ready for scanning or have the barcode clearly visible on the phone.
Please ensure your brightness is turned up on your smartphone and that the screen is not excessively smashed or cracked.
Do you accept Companion Cards at the event?
Yes, the Companion Card must be presented by the companion at the in person along with the paying patron they are accompanying. The Companion will be issued with a FUNMANTLE Adventure Trail Map at the event.
No online tickets or Tokens are available for Companion Card holders.
I’m pregnant, can I ride?
Your safety and the safety of your little one is paramount, for this reason alone we don’t allow you to ride at any stage of your pregnancy. However, you can purchase tokens to play games and other activities.
